  • Niagara Federation of Agriculture is offering up to two $1,000 scholarships. Applicants must be furthering their education in a course related to a career in agriculture, either a Diploma or Degree Course Program; must be related to a member of the Niagara Federation of Agriculture; must be a post secondary student. A practical background in agriculture, either from employment, living on a farm, or from 4-H and/or Junior farmer participation, is required, and future agricultural interests must be evident.
  • Unsuccessful applicants may re-apply in the following year(s) if you are still eligible. Successful candidates will not be eligible for future awards.
  • Please submit a letter containing information about yourself and your academic resume to Niagara Federation of Agriculture at c.mous@sympatico.ca by October 20, 2021.

Jeff Yungblut Memorial Agriculture Scholarship

  • Jeff Yungblut Memorial Agriculture Scholarship is offering a $1,000 scholarship. Applicants must be furthering their education in a course related to a career in agriculture, either a Diploma or Degree Course Program; must be related to a member of the Niagara Federation of Agriculture; must be a post secondary student. A practical background in agriculture, either from employment, living on a farm, or from 4-H and/or Junior farmer participation, is required, and future agricultural interests must be evident.

  • Scholarships will be presented to the approved recipient during the virtual Regional and Annual Meeting, Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at 7pm. Recipient will be asked to attend the virtual meeting.

NFA and the Yungblut family are offering scholarships for those pursing post-secondary education in agriculture.  Three awards are available via the application above, however, only one scholarship per applicant will be awarded.
